System Overview
A multi-layer elastic sports flooring system utilizing a pre-manufactured rubber roll (factory-made shock pad) bonded to the substrate, followed by polyurethane finishing layers.
This system ensures controlled density, faster installation, and consistent elastic performance suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor sports halls.
System Structure
● Adhesive Layer (Bonding Adhesive)
Polyurethane or epoxy adhesive applied over prepared concrete or asphalt base to secure the rubber roll firmly.
● Prefabricated Rubber Roll / Shock Pad
Factory-produced rubber sheet or roll with uniform density and thickness, providing primary shock absorption and elasticity.
● PU Pore Sealer / Scratch Coat
Thin polyurethane sealing layer applied over the rubber roll to close surface porosity and stabilize the surface before leveling.
● PU Self-Leveling Layer
Smooth polyurethane compound applied to achieve a flat, seamless, and mechanically strong surface.
● PU Top Coat (Matt / Anti-Slip Finish)
Colored polyurethane finishing coat providing abrasion resistance, UV stability, slip control, and line markings.
