System Overview
A seamless multi-layer elastic polyurethane sports flooring system installed in-situ.
The system combines SBR shock-absorbing rubber base with an EPDM intermediate elastic layer and polyurethane finishing coats, ensuring uniform ball rebound, slip resistance, and long-term durability for indoor and semi-outdoor multi-sport courts.
System Structure
● Primer Layer
Polyurethane primer applied over prepared concrete or asphalt base to ensure adhesion, dust sealing, and bonding.
● SBR Rubber Granules + PU Binder Layer
Elastic shock-absorbing base layer composed of SBR rubber granules mixed with polyurethane binder and mechanically troweled.
● EPDM Granules + PU Binder Layer
Fine EPDM elastic layer applied above SBR to improve surface uniformity, color stability, and resilience.
